Perticipation Fee
Exhibition booth space should be calculated with basis of a unit of 9 m² (3mx3m) Raw space only.
Booth Fee (tax included)
1-2 Units ¥378,000 x unit number
3-5 Units ¥357,000 x unit number
6-9 Units ¥336,000 x unit number
10 Units or more ¥315,000 x unit number
Electric wiring cost and of electricity expense are charged for the exhibitor.
This is the fee for raw space. Construction and decorations of the booth should be arranged by the exhibitor.
There is a reasonable construction and rental package.

Presentation
Presentation time is calculated with a basis of 30-minute/session.
Presentation Fee (tax included)
Non-exhibitor ¥399,000/session
Exhibitor ¥105,000/session
Long presentation of more than one session is acceptable.
Facilities: Projector Screen/ PA/ Registration Counter.
Capacity: 80 seats. The presentation program will be displayed in the exhibition Hall.
It leads to develop business contacts with the users with sense of purpose in the segment. The participation is open for a non-exhibitor.
In the releasing contents of preliminary promotion tools before the session, the company name is introduced with presentation abstract as a platinum presentation company (program).
It starts to accept registration beforehand through the official web and set the list of audience together with the visitors on site before the participation company.

Application Method
Please make a reservation for the booth location and the presentation in the application process first.
When the reservations compete for the same position, please understand that we arrange them first-come-first-served basically.
As soon as the booth location and the presentation time frame are fixed, your application is fixed.

Payment
Please make a payment according to the bill statement which the bureau sends for your exhibition and presentation fee after the application fixed.
Please pay 50% of the total amount of the participation fee, and the remained balance by the reception deadline (January 31, 2008).
Please pay the additional charge for the presentation and the charged support service (mentioned overleaf) by March 31, 2008.

RENTAL PACKAGE STAND
The decoration of the booth will be prepared by the exhibitor.
The original booth design is also effective for the differentiation with the other company.
At the borders at the side and the back of the booth with the other exhibitors, it will be glue together walls with 2.7 m height.
Please consider an appropriate unit number of the booth for the purpose of exhibition, display products, business discussion space, and the number of staff.
The custom-made booth can be offered by the secretariat office upon request of the exhibitor.
Moreover, it is available the package booth which the cost of labor and the construction can be saved substantially.
The package booth includes side/ back walls, carpet, illumination, company name notation (simple one), and facilities such as the display stand.
Please note that the package booth fee does not include the exhibition fee.
